Ranch Burgers Recipe
When I want to take a classic burger to the next level, I make my Ranch Burgers. With just one pound of ground beef mixed with an ounce of ranch seasoning, these burgers are packed with flavor from the very first bite.
I love that half a cup of shredded cheddar cheese melted right in makes them ooze, in a good way and at all the right times, with creamy goodness. To up the savory factor even more, I sometimes sneak a tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce and a teaspoon of garlic powder into the mix.
Served on a toasted hamburger bun with fried onions, lettuce, and a slice of tomato, they’re truly something else.

Substitutions and Variations
For a lighter option, try using ground turkey or chicken instead of ground beef.
If you do not possess ranch seasoning mix, combine 1 tablespoon of dried parsley, 1 teaspoon of dried dill, and 1/2 teaspoon each of dried onion powder and dried garlic powder to substitute for ranch seasoning mix.
If you want a different flavor, try Monterey Jack or Pepper Jack cheese instead of cheddar.
Change crispy fried onions to thinly sliced fresh onions for a fresher taste.
Instead of using Worcestershire sauce to add umami flavor, employ soy sauce.
